In our society, we treat our seniors differently from the way we treat convicts. The privileged group gets the following:
Access to showers, hobbies and walks;

Constant video monitoring, and access to instant help in case of a fall or the need for assistance;

Clothing that's washed and returned to them ironed;

A guard checking on them every 20 minutes;
Someone bringing meals and snacks to their room;

Family visits in a suite built for that purpose;
